1. DECLUTTER
Begin with clearing everything off of the countertops you are not using. Small appliances, knife sets, cookie jars, everything. Please get rid of it all! This simple first step will make your house look clean! Buyers want to see your Fantasy...not your Reality!
2. PAINT
A fresh coat of paint goes a long way! Paint dark rooms a lighter, brighter, more neutral color. When in doubt...white it out!
3. CURB APPEAL
First impressions are lasting impressions! Call your landscaper for your seasonal clean-up. Cut the grass, remove fallen branches, plant or change out foundation bushes, add flowers where they can be seen.
4. DEEP CLEAN
Have your house completely deep cleaned including windows washed. A clean, fresh, well-kept interior sends the right message to buyers.
5. CALL ME!
