Former president of the New Jersey Beekeepers Association, Bob Hughes produces raw honey, honeycomb, and a variety of honey products.  Busy as a bee!  this summer!
 
COFFEE AFICIONADO, Morganville, NJ
Coffee Aficionado is a specialty coffee roaster that purchases fairly traded coffee of the highest quality. Not just an ordinary coffee company Coffee Aficionado travels the world to find the best coffee from the best farms. When they find it, they invest in the farmer to produce the highest quality possible.  Here again, used by the finest NJ restaurants-

Known for his free-range eggs, they also produce small amounts of honey and tomatoes.  But eggs are to die for!! Get them fresh!
 
FLAIM FARM, Vineland, NJ
Flaim Farms began in 1934. Today the farm is run by two brothers, Kevin and Bob Flaim, who continue the farming tradition. You will not be disappointed! Pick up Rt. 55 off the NJ Turnpike to Cumberland County! And enjoy!

The owners produce all-natural, no preservative, free-range poultry. 
 
JAH’S CREATION, Egg Harbor Township, NJ

KERR’S KORNSTAND, Pennington, NJ
Starting out as a dairy in 1979, corn was a side business that essentially grew a life of its own and now for over 20 years, have been selling corn and other produce from a roadside stand on the edge of their 100 acres.

SALUMERIA BIELLESE, Hackettstown, NJ
As descendants from Italy’s Piedmont region, Salumeria Biellese features artisan Old World Style Italian and Mediterranean products with an emphasis on quality and flavor. Generations have passed, but their philosophy remains the same since 1925.  
 
TERHUNE ORCHARDS, Princeton, NJ
Recently certified organic, this food source features a wide variety of products such as kale, tomatoes, eggplant, and peppers. Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is used for their apples and peaches.

Valley ShepherdDreamery is a fully working dairy that allows public access to all farm activities and provides education about the various aspects of a dairy life. Valley Shepherd makes sheep’s milk cheeses with a European sensibility.

In nearby Peapack Gladstone, is a family-run farm offering Angus Beef, Berkshire Pork, and Lamb.  All animals are pasture-fed- no chemicals. This farm dates back to the 1800s and services some of the best restaurants in the area.
